摘要
大学教师选聘制度呈现出在世界范围内趋同化、对于年轻研究者开始采用任期制、立足于自身历史传统进行改革、选聘制度逐渐以社会制度为依托等国际趋势。大学教师选聘制度面临着出发点界定模糊,价值取向难以统一;制度不完善,程序构建不清晰;选拔"一刀切"倾向严重,容易扼杀差异与个性等普遍性问题。我国大学教师选聘制度的改革正经受着重重考验:对选聘制度的认识仍浮于表面;选聘制度建设仍然矛盾重重;选聘制度缺乏自己的理论框架。深化对教师聘任制度的认识,正确处理好大学教师聘任制中的矛盾,拟定适用于我国大学的教师选聘框架体系,注重教师权益的维护,是我国大学教师选聘制度应有的战略选择。
University teacher employment system shows the international trends, including the assimilation of university teacher employment system in the world~ tenure system for young researchers, reform being based on their own historical tradltion~ being rooted in the social system. It faces several problems such as the fuzzy definition of starting point, inconsistent value orientation, imperfect system and non-distinct construction procedure, tendency of "make it rigidly uniform ", easy to kill the differences and individuality. The teacher employment system reform in our country is experiencing difficulties, perception about teacher employment system is still floating on the surface, the construction of teacher employment system is still beset with difficulties and contradictions and lack of theoretical framework. The strategy selections lie in deepening our understanding of teacher appointment system, correctly handling all kinds of contradictions, establishing framework system applicable to our university, paying attention to the maintenance of teacher's rights and interests.
