摘要
目的：探讨肠造口术后并发症的原因、预防及其治疗，为降低肠造口术后并发症及提高患者术后生存质量提供理论依据。方法：回顾分析2005～2010年行肠造口术的359例患者中发生各种并发症113例的临床资料。结果：造口术后并发症113例，占患者数315％，治疗后康复率88．5％。高龄患者和造口位置选择是影响造口并发症的主要因素。结论：认真寻找肠造口各种并发症发生的原因，重视预防和诊治，采取针对性措施才可减少造口并发症的发生。
Objective： Understanding of enterostomy postoperative quality of life of patients with colostomy, and to explore the causes of postoperative complications, prevention and treatment, to reduce enterostomy postoperative complications and improve patients quality of life and provide the theoretical basis for. Methods： In our hospital from 2005 to 2010 in our hospital because of clinical data of 359 Cases of patients with various diseases, intestinal fistula as basis, and combining domestic and foreign literature on enterostomy complications and treatment were analyzed retro- spectively, analysis. Results： 113 cases of complications in this group of stoma after operation, the total number of patients account for about 31.48%, though given the active treatment, % of the pa- tients recovered smoothly. Most of the patients in different degree to all aspects of mental life, and economic burdens, reduce their quality of life. Conclusion： Enterostomy complications in patients with and without complications in patients with poor quality of life, only fully understand the various complications, the importance of preventive and therapeutic principles can reduce stomal complica- tions, improve the life quality of patients with colostomy.
