摘要
目的探讨256层螺旋CT智能触发扫描技术与预设时间法在肝脏动脉CTA检查中的对比分析。方法智能触发扫描技术与预设时间法进行比较:随机分组各行80例肝脏动脉CTA,智能触发扫描技术组以腹主动脉腹腔干水平为监测点,当峰值达到150Hu时,自动触发扫描动脉期;预设时间法根据个体情况及经验设定扫描时间,一般动脉期为25~30秒,其余扫描参数及条件均一致。由三位高年资放射科医师对两组图像质量进行评价,以统一评价标准分为优、良、合格、不合格四级进行评定,并进行统计学分析。结果智能触发扫描组优38例,占47.5%;良33例,占41.2%;合格8例,占10.0%;不合格1例,占1.3%。预设时间组优16例,占20.0%;良26例,占32.5%;合格31例,占38.7%;不合格7例,占8.8%。经X2检验分析,两组图像中达到优级、合格和不合格的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 256层CT肝脏动脉CTA智能触发扫描技术较预设时间法更具有优势,能获得更优良的肝动脉图像质量及更准确的时相。
Objective To explore comparative analysis of 256-slice spiral CT hepatic artery angiography intelligent trigger scanning technology and preset time method. Meth- ods Intelligent trigger scanning technology was compared to preset time method: Ran- domized 80 patients underwent hepatic artery angiography. The intelligent trigger scan- ning technology group took the level of celiac trunk as monitoring point. The artery phase scanning was automatically triggered when the peak value reached 150Hu; the scan time (generally 25 to 30 seconds) was set according to individual circumstances and experience in preset time method. The rest scanning parameters and conditions are consistent. The image quality was evaluated by three high qualification radiologists. The images were classified into excellent, good, qualified, unqualified according to uniform evaluation criteria, and the results were assessed and analyzed statistically. Result The image quality of Intelligent trigger scanning group showed excellent in 38 cases (47.5%), good in 33 cases (41.2%), qualified in 8 cases (10.0%), unqualified in l case (1.3%). The image quality of preset time group showed excellent in 16 cases, (20.0%). good in 26 cases (32.5%), qualified in 31 cases (38.7%), unqualified in 7 cases (8.8%). The differences of excellent, qualified and unqualified images of two groups had statistical significances by X2 test analysis (p 〈0.05). Conclusion 256-slice spiral CT hepatic artery angiography intelligent trigger scanning technology has more advantages than preset time method. It can acquire better hepatic artery image quality and more accurate time phase.
