摘要
针对临床一线门诊输液室医德医风存在的轻视医德医风教育及相关政策法规学习、忽略门诊输液患者的心理需求、新护士岗前培训力度不够等问题,采取加强医德医风教育、树立"以病人为中心"的服务理念、发挥榜样的正面力量、进行反面案例的分析、提高护理工作人员的法律意识等措施,提高重视程度,完善规章制度,加强人文教育,开展温馨服务,促进护患和谐,提高病人满意度。
Aim at the problems that the clinical first -line outpatient infusion room exists, such as despising the education of medical ethics, neglecting the psychological needs of intravenous infusion patients, focused too much on economic benefits, paid little pre -job training for new nurses. Some measures should be taken to strengthen the medical ethics education, set up the patientcentered service concept, play a role in a model positive power, analyse the negative cases, improve the law consciousness of nursing staff, pay much attention to the measures, perfect rules and regulations, strengthen the humanities education, give warm service, promote the harmony between nurses and patients, increase the patients satisfaction.
