摘要
日渐增多的医疗纠纷反映了临床医学伦理方面的缺失,应将医学伦理学纳入儿科研究生临床教学工作中,选拔德才兼备的优秀教师作为伦理学导师,通过他们的言传身教引导和培养研究生在儿科诊疗过程中注重患儿及其家属的利益,采用个体化、人文化、案例化、实践化和绩效考核等不同的教学方法培养他们的职业道德,提高他们的伦理学综合素养。
Increasing doctor - patient disputes indicated the lost of clinical medical ethics. This paper proposed that medical ethics should be brought into the clinical teaching for pediatric postgraduates, choose some teachers have both ability and political integrity to be their supervisors, in order to guide and cultivate students to focus on benefits of sick kids and their family members in the course of diagnose and treat. Individualization, humanization, cases and performance assessment should be used to cultivate their professional ethics and improve their comprehensive qualities of ethics.
