摘要
拉矫机是钢铁行业带钢板形改善和酸洗破鳞的关键设备。借助有限元分析软件Abaqus,建立两弯一矫拉矫仿真模型,得到了带材拉矫过程中的张力损失及相关分析结果,并利用已有的理论计算方法,计算了带材在拉矫过程中获得的变形功,得出相应的张力损失大小;并与仿真结果进行了比较,得出张力损失理论计算值约为仿真结果的一半,而生产数据与对应仿真结果一致,从而提出了工程应用中计算张力损失的修正方法。
This paper introduces how to obtain strip tension loss and relevant results from stretcher-bender levelling model based on FE Abaqus software, and it also compares tension loss by computing strip deformation energy during stretcher-bender levelling with the result from the FEA model. Moreover, data gotten from the factory is consistent with FEA's result, accordingly, it gives the modified method about how to get a more precise computing value of tension loss in the engineering application.
