摘要
目的:探讨顺铂联合紫杉醇化疗治疗中晚期子宫颈癌的效果。方法:收集本院妇科中晚期子宫颈癌化疗患者40例,分为顺铂联合紫杉醇化疗与单纯顺铂化疗,对比观察两组化疗模式对中晚期子宫颈癌的治疗效果及不良反应。结果:顺铂联合紫杉醇组CR14例,PR5例,NC8例,PD3例,有效率63.3%,骨髓抑制10例,胃肠道反应8例,过敏反应1例;单纯运用顺铂组CR8例,PR6例,NC12例,PD4例,有效率46.7%,骨髓抑制8例,胃肠道反应7例,过敏反应0例。两组治疗效果有显著差异(P<0.05),两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:顺铂联合紫杉醇化疗治疗局部中晚期子宫颈癌效果明确,值得临床推广。
Objective： To study the cisplatin combination paclitaxel middle-late chemotherapy cerical cancer effect. Methods：Collect the middle-late gynecological cerical cancer chemotherapy patients and 40 cases, divided into cisplatin combination paclitaxel chemotherapy and ChanChunShun platinum chemotherapy, compared two groups to observe the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy mode and adverse reaction. Results：Cisplatin combination paclitaxel group of effectiveness 63.3%, simple use cisplatin group of effectiveness 46.7%, significant difference （P〈0.05）, adverse reactions no difference （P〉0.05） Conclusion： Cisplatin combination paclitaxel chemotherapy middle-late local cerical cancer effect clearly.
