摘要
科技成果转化是促进科技与经济有机结合的关键 ,也是我国经济和科技体制改革要着力解决的一个十分重要的问题。本文在对湖南高校进行调查研究的基础上 ,分析了高校科技成果转化的现状及其转化率低的原因 ,从而提出建立一种新型的科技 -经济活动模式 ,以促进科技成果的转化。
The transfer of scientific products is the key to promote the combination of science and technology and economy, it is also an important issue in reforming our economic system and scientific research system. Based on investigation and research in Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the current situation of technology transfer, gives reasons of low transfer rate, and proposes a new model of science-technology and economic activity in hope of promoting technology transfer.
