摘要
研究了厚规格35CrMo预硬型模具钢板沿厚度方向的显微组织变化对硬度分布的影响。结果表明:70mm、85mm厚度钢板经过900~910℃淬火和560—570℃回火后,钢板近表面处硬度为32~36HRC,1/2t处硬度超过28HRC。回火钢板近表面处组织为板条状回火马氏体,碳化物细小,1/2t处为回火贝氏体和碳化物。随着钢板厚度增加和回火温度的升高,显微组织中马氏体逐渐减少,贝氏体逐渐增加,碳化物逐渐增加并聚集长大。
The influence of microstructure change in the thickness direction on the hardness distribution for gauge 35CrMo pre-hardening die steel plates is studied. The result shows that, for 70mm and 85ram steel plates, after quenching at 900 -910℃ and tempering at 560 -570℃, the hardness near the surface of plates is 32 - 36HRC, the hardness at center of thickness is above 28HRC. For tempered plates, the microstructure is lath tempered martensite + fine carbide near the plate surface and tempered bainite + carbide at the center of thickness. With the increase of plate thickness and tempering temperatures, in the microstrueture of plates, the martensite gradually decreases, the bainite gradually increases, and the carbides gradually increase furthermore aggregate and grow.
