摘要
高校图书馆是学校教学科研中心，是校园精神文明的重要阵地。强化图书馆职业道德观念， 形成良好的馆风馆纪，对于校园文化和精神文明建设具有导向、约束和凝聚作用。因此，加强高校图书馆职业道德建设，是一个具有重要现实意义的重大课题。
The library in higher learning institutions is the center for teaching and scientific research and is also an important front for constructing campus spiritual civilization. To intensify the library professional moral concept and to form ideal library spirit and discipline can achieve a function of guidance, restraint and cohesion for constructing campus culture and spiritual civilization. Therefore it can be regarded as a great issue of practical significance to strengthen the professional moral construction in the higher learning institution library. On the basis of above understanding the author explores in this paper the main content and basic feature of professional moral construction in the higher learning institution library. She also discusses the importance for constructing professional morality in the higher learning institution library and proposes some methods and means for strengthening the professional moral construction in the libraries.
