氟化钠对家蚕血液丙二醛物质的量浓度和过氧化氢酶活性的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Sodium Fluoride on MDA Content and CAT Activity in Hemolymph of Bombyx mori

摘要 为了探究氟化钠(NaF)对家蚕代谢机制的影响,以家蚕耐氟品种T6和氟化钠敏感品种734为材料,从5龄蚕开始分别添食50,100,200,400mg/kg经NaF溶液浸泡后的新鲜桑叶,检测家蚕血液中丙二醛(MDA)物质的量浓度和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化,研究发现:与对照组相比,734添氟组随着氟质量浓度的增加MDA物质的量浓度分别从2.81倍增加到4.80,T6从和2.24倍增加到2.95倍;734对照组,2个低质量浓度添氟组和2个高质量浓度添氟组,3组中任意2组的MDA物质的量浓度差异极显著,T6对照组的MDA物质的量浓度与各添氟组之间的差异极显著(p<0.01).与对照组相比,734添氟组随着氟质量浓度的增加CAT活性分别从1.70倍增加到9.44倍,T6从2.35倍增加到6.10倍;734对照组的CAT活性与最低质量浓度添氟组差异不显著(p>0.05),而与最高质量浓度氟组差异极显著,且2高质量浓度氟组之间的差异极显著(p<0.01),T6对照组的CAT活性仅与最高质量浓度添氟组差异显著(p<0.05).说明MDA物质的量浓度变化可以反映家蚕的耐氟性,CAT活性与家蚕的耐氟性具有一定的关联. In order to explore the effect of sodium fluoride (NaF) on the metabolic mechanism of silkworm (Bombyx mori), the fluoride-tolerant silkworm variety T6 and the fluoride-sensitive variety 734 were used as the experiment materials. Their 5th instar newly molted larvae were fed with mulberry leaves which had been soaked in 50, 100, 200 and 400 mg/kg NaF solutions respectively, and then the variations in MDA content and CAT activity in the hemolymph were monitored. MDA in silkworm hemolymph increased with NaF concentration, being 2.81 to 4.80 and 2.24 to 2.95 times higher in the NaF-treated groups of 734 and T6 than in the control groups. For the control group of 734, its two low-concentration NaF-treated groups (50 and 100 mg/kg NaF) and two high-concentration NaF-treated groups (200 and 400 mg/kg NaF), highly significant differences were recorded between any two of the three in MDA content. MDA content of the control group of T6 was highly significantly different from that of the NaF-treated groups (p^0.01). CAT activity in silkworm hemolymph increased with NaF concentration, being 1.70 to 9.44 and 2.35 to 6.10 times higher in the NaF-treated groups of 734 and T6 than in the control groups. No significant difference existed in CAT activity of 734 between the control group and the lowest concen- tration NaF-treated group (p〈0.05), and highly significant differences were observed between the control group and the high concentration NaF-treated groups and between the two high concentration NaF-treated groups (p〈0.01). For the silkworm variety T6, CAT activity was significantly different only between the control group and the highest concentration NaF-treated group (p〈0.05). The results above suggest that variations in MDA content can reflect fluoride tolerance of silkworm and CAT activity is, to a certain extent, associated with fluoride-tolerance of silkworm.
