摘要
利用西门子S7-300可编程控制器完成了自动化立体仓库堆垛机和链条输送机及定位移动小车控制系统的硬件和软件设计。介绍了电气控制系统中应用的安全保护措施;实现了可编程控制器对自动化立体仓库进、出货的手动、半自动和联机控制。
Hard and soft ware designs for stocker,chain conveyor,and localization of mobile robot are presented in automated steroscopic warehouse with the use of Siemens PLC S7-300.Available safe and safeguard measures in controlled system were suggested.It can put transportation for goods into practice under the modes of manual operation,semi-automatic operation and on-line control.
