摘要
当前高校图书馆社区服务面临着理念、政策、人力以及技术等瓶颈问题,要有效实现高校图书馆社区服务,需从政策倾向、立法保障、多元经费投入、模式探索以及技术保障等方面进行研究,从实际出发,深化和发展高校图书馆社区服务。
This article analyzes the bottlenecks of academic library community service,explains theoretical origin of academic library community service.on this basis,the paper puts forward and discusses on a certain number of problems of effective operating the academic library community service,which includes the policy and legal,funds investment,pattern exploration etc.so as to break the bottlenecks,and drive academic library community service deepen and development.
