摘要
阐述了莱钢宽厚板生产线所采用的塑烧板除尘器的工艺流程、技术参数和设备配置。通过近几年的使用,成功扑集在宽厚板轧制过程中产生的含油、含水、含尘烟气,达到了环保的效果,并能回收产生的氧化铁粉尘具有一定经济效益。列举了塑烧板除尘器的优势,充分说明了轧制生产线上采用塑烧板式除尘方法的适用性。
The process,technical parameters and configuration of Plastic bum board filter used in rolling wide heavy plate in Laiwu iron and steel, Co. were introduced in this paper. Through the utilization of this filter for many years, the oil - containing, water - containing and dust - containing flue gas was collected successfully for rolling wide heavy plate, which achieves the aim of environmental protection, and also reaches the economic benefits through the recycling of ferric oxide dust. The advantages of plastic bum board filter were stated in present work to prove the applicability in production line rolling wide and heavy plate.
