摘要
随着人民生活水平的提高和生活方式的转变,餐饮业具有巨大的投资市场,被称为中国的黄金产业。舌尖上的物联网系统采用无线网络技术作为信息交流的桥梁,能够提高餐馆档次、提高工作效率、避免跑单、实时监控餐馆状况,提供各种各样统计信息、提高服务品质等,为餐饮行业带来崭新的管理理念与服务手段,优化业务流程,为顾客提供更优质的服务。本文设计一种物联网环境下的餐饮服务系统,系统完成了手机预订、现场PAD(平板电脑)选菜、RFID确认、厨房终端的显示以及服务器的数据处理与管理等相关功能。实现企业价值最大化的同时又使成本最低化,是餐饮行业向信息化发展的一个重要标志。
