摘要
近年来,交通拥堵问题在我国各大城市日益突出,而相关管理部门的各项措施至今未能取得令人满意的效果。随着交通物联网系统的逐步完善和部分运用于实践,人们已充分认识到它在现代交通发展中的巨大作用:其通过交通诱导以分散交通需求的运行方式可以提高道路通行效率,并最终实现交通状况的改善。要在城市交通领域运用物联网技术,各级政府部门必须充分协调各方利益关系,科学规划基础设施建设,在产业政策、资金、制度等方面进行倾斜。
In recent years, traffic congestion has become a major concern in the urban transport. The government has taken various measures to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion, but the effects are not satisfactory. The Internet of Things in China's urban transportation management is applied. However, the application is lack of a unified framework, the various stakeholders do things in their own way, and its development is confused and slow. This paper builds the application framework for urban traffic management, identifies the government's duties and responsibilities explicitly, and proposes that the government should render support and coordination and prepare some backup systems for the application of Internet of Things in China's urban traffic management.
