摘要
目的:评估微创拔牙技术在牙拔除术中的应用价值。方法:选择360例患者共计460颗需拔除牙,随机分成两组,分别采用微创法(试验组)和锤、凿法(对照组)拔除患牙,记录两种方法平均拔除时间、术后肿胀、疼痛、张口受限、颞颌关节痛、干槽症等并发症发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,试验组平均拔牙时间明显缩短(P<0.05);术后疼痛、肿胀、张口受限、干槽症、颞颌关节痛等并发症发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:随着微创医学的发展及新型拔牙器械的推出,微创拔牙理念、技术将逐步取代传统的锤、凿法。
Objective : To assess the application value of minimally invasive extraction method in the tooth extrac- tion surgery. Methods : 360 cases of patients with 460 teeth necessary to remove were randomly divided into two groups. The bad teeth were extracted by minimally invasive extraction method as the test group and hammer-chisel method as the control group, respectively. The average tooth extraction time and the complications such as postoperative swelling, pain, limited mouth opening, dry socket and temporomandibular joint pain in the two methods were recorded. Results: Compared with the control group, the average time required for exelcymosis of the experimental group was significantly shorter (P 〈 0.05 ). Incidence of postoperative pain, swelling, limited mouth opening, dry socket, temporomandibular joint pain and other complications were significantly lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: With the development of minimally invasive medicine and the introduction of new instruments for tooth extraction, the tradi- tional hammer-chisel method will be gradually replaced by the minimally invasive exelcymosis.
