摘要
轴箱体是车辆转向架上的关键零件,介绍了轨道车辆轴箱体的加工工艺过程,简述了箱体结构复杂、加工精度要求高等工艺难点以及采用镗削加工工艺的应对措施,就镗削加工工艺提出了如何提高孔加工精度的稳定性,以及数控镗削加工振纹的分析与对策。
The axle box body is the key part of the rolling stock bogie frame. In this paper, the machining process of axle box body for rail cars is introduced, the difficulties of box structure complex and high precision processing technology as well as the responding measures for boring processing technology are outlined, how to improve the stability of hole machining accuracy, and CNC boring process analysis and countermeasure of the ripples are proposed.
