摘要
对直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形过程和塑性变形的分流技术进行分析和研究,提出了自己的直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻成形过程,并且利用DEFORM-3D仿真软件,对于整个成形过程进行了仿真分析和研究。该过程通过优化模具的结构,制定分段的模锻工艺过程,塑性变形的分流状况在外围以径向分流为主,这样将有利于凹模的充填效果,在较小的工作压力下保证轮齿的完全充满。
This paper analyzed and researched the cold precision forging process and plastic modified split technology of spur cylinder gear. Provided the cold precision forging process of spur cylinder gear through the analyzing and researching of former result and doing the simulation analysis research for the whole forming process with DEFORM-3D. This process made the split condition in the periphery of radial flow by optimizing the struction of die and making segmented process. It will be useful to fill effect and can ensure the full fill in the smaller working pressure.
