摘要
茶叶是临沧的传统特色产业,具有悠久的栽培、加工和销售历史,种植面积大,种类多,但也存在一些问题,如茶叶品种杂,茶叶价格不高,制茶产品的深加工和多元化开发不足,产品附加值低,茶农和企业的利润空间不大。文章基于对临沧茶叶产业发展现状及存在问题的分析,提出推进茶叶产业发展对策,促进临沧茶叶产业可持续发展。
Tea is the traditional industry with Lincang characteristics and a long history of cultivation, processing and sales. Tea planting covers wide range of areas with different variety, and price is appropriate in Lincang. There are some problems in tea industry in deep processing of products and development of diversified products, meanwhile the low added value of products, the small profit spaces are also a bottleneck in the development. Based on analysis of the present situation and the existing problems, the author offered some suggestions on the development of Lincang tea industry in Lincang.
