摘要
力控振动试验的目的是为了解决传统振动试验中的过试验问题。除了控制加速度,力控振动试验中还同时测量和限制试件和振动台之间的作用力。确定力限条件和对力、加速度进行双重同步控制是力控振动试验中的两个关键环节。目前,简单二自由度系统方法(TDFS)、复杂二自由度系统方法(TDFS)、半经验方法(SEM)等方法已经得到研究,并用于估计力限功率谱密度(即力限条件)。但是在得到力谱之后,如何根据力谱和加速度谱进行力和加速度的双重同步振动控制研究甚少。本文提出了一种可行的双控策略,可用于开发力控振动试验所需的新型振动控制器。
The purpose of Force Limited Vibration (FLY) testing is to reduce the overtesting occurring during conventional vibration testing. In addition to controlling the acceleration, the FLV testing measures and limits the reaction force between the test item and the shaker. Estimation of the force limits and realization of the dual-control strategy in the vibration controller are the most critical steps of the FLV approach. There have been several methods available for estimating the force spectral density, such as the simple two-degree-of-freedom system(TDFS), the complex TDFS and semi-empirical methods(SEM). However, details of control procedure after estimating the force power spectral density(FPSD) have been rarely discussed. This paper presents a feasible dual-control strategy for force-limited random vibration testing, which will be very useful to develop new vibration controllers for the force-limited random vibration testing.
