摘要
通过构建绿色制造过程灰色模型,将工艺参数优化过程转化为多属性目标决策过程。运用模糊集理论对绿色制造评估专家不确定、不准确的模糊知识进行处理,提出采用决策试验与评价实验室(Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory,DEMATEL)方法建立绿色工艺评估指标的直接影响关联矩阵和综合影响矩阵,获得各评估指标的原因度和中心度,进而分析绿色工艺评估指标间的关联性,并依据影响程度进行权重大小分配。在考虑群体效益最大化与个体遗憾最小化的前提下,运用DEMATEL-VIKOR理论进行绿色工艺参数决策,获得考虑决策者主观偏好的绿色工艺参数或折中工艺参数集,并确定最优绿色工艺参数的调控优先次序。最后,结合某电火花制造过程绿色工艺参数的决策对所述方法进行了说明和验证。
To solve the problem of process parameter selection and optimization for green manufacturing, a multi-input, process and multi-output grey model for green manufacturing is developed aiming at converting a procedure of process parameter selection and optimization into a multiple-criteria decision making procedure. The fuzzy linguistic expert knowledge in a green evaluation of product manufacturing process is quantified using fuzzy set theory. Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method is extended in fuzzy environment to deal with the correlation of process evaluation factors and to allocate its weighing factor in accordance with its influence. Furthermore, process parameter selection for green manufacturing is carried out based on a comprehensive DEMATEL-VIKOR algorithm, As a result, a best or compromise set for green process parameter values is obtained with a balanced consideration between maximum group utility and minimum individual regret, and the process controllable factor for green manufacturing is ranked aiming at a better adjustment for process parameter optimization. Finally, the proposed method is applied to select green process parameter in an electrical discharge machining to verify its feasibility and effectiveness.
