摘要
目的 :观察大豆纤维粉 (SDF)对糖尿病 (DM )小鼠血糖水平及肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 :33只昆明雄性小鼠随机分为 3组 :正常对照组、链脲霉素 (STZ)糖尿病模型组和实验组 (DM模型+10 %大豆纤维粉 ) ,实验期 5w。结果 :SDF可使糖尿病小鼠体重增加 ,降低空腹血糖及改善糖耐量状况 ;大豆纤维可使糖尿病小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性增加及脂质过氧化物丙二醛 (MDA)含量降低。结论 :添加 10
Objective:To observe the effects of soy dregs fiber (SDF) on blood glucose and lipoperoxides in diabetic rats. Methods:33 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control, STZ diabetic rats fed basal diet and STZ diabetic rats fed with 10% SDF plus basal diet. Results:SDF could obviously with increase the body weigyt,decrease the blood glucose and improve abnormal glucose tolerance in the diabetic rats. Compared with the control rats,SOD activity in the liver of the diabetic rats with SDF feed were increased singnificantly and MDA contents were remarkably decreased. Conclusion:10% SDF could effectively decrease blood glucose and increase antioxidant affect in the diabetic rats.
