摘要
新生代农民工在我国城市化进程中占据越来越重要的地位,提升他们的文化素质、思想道德素质、心理素质等方面,将直接影响他们的融入城市进程。要充分利用单位、社区、教育机构及服务组织等多种社会资源,加强对他们的全面素质教育,促进他们的城市化进程。
The new-generation migrant workers occupy a more and more important position in the process of urbanization in China. Improving their cultural quality, moral quality and psychological quality will directly influence the new-generation migrant workers entering cities. To make full use of the units, community, education institutions, service organizations and other social resources, strengthening the comprehensive quality of their education and promoting their urbanization process.
