摘要
以花生红衣为原料,采用超声波辅助提取原花色素。在单因素试验基础上,选取溶剂浓度、超声功率、液料比3个变量,利用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法对其工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:丙酮体积分数62%,超声波功率120 W,液料比47:1,花生红衣原花色素的得率最高可达12.597 mg/g。
The study is to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of proanthocyanidins from peanut red skin. Process variables such as solvent strength, ultrasonic power and rate of material to solvent are optimized through Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiments. The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows: solvent strength 62%, ultrasonic frequency 120 W and ratio of material to solvent 47 : 1. Under these conditions, the extraction rate is 12.597 me_/~.
