大型风力发电机组叶片非梁结构部分修复方案分析

摘要 大型风力发电机组叶片多采用玻璃钢复合材料,在运输、安装和使用过程中,叶片的非梁结构部分易发生损坏。针对这一问题,介绍了叶片非梁部分的玻璃钢三明治夹心结构,在充分考虑风电场的实际情况和环境温度的影响下,对叶片损坏区域直径小于30 mm、大于30 mm小于500 mm、大于500 mm 3种不同损坏形式分别提出了叶片修复所需的材料及修复步骤。该方案在风电场的建设和运行过程中,均可有效地实施,能够保证风力发电机组的正常可靠运行。 The large-scale wind turbine blade is made of composite material. The non-beam part of blade is easy to be damaged during the transport, installation and work process. Then discuss the structure of the non-beam part of blade and sandwich structure of GRP. To be considered the status of wind farms and temperature, under different damage area (diameter smaller than 30 mm; lager than 30 mm and smaller than 500 mm; lager than 500 mm), introduce the repair material and repair process of blade. This method was implemented during the construction and work process of the wind farms, which insured the wind turbine could work well.
