健康供者外周血造血干细胞动员及采集效果分析 被引量：10

摘要 目的:研究影响外周血造血干细胞动员及采集的因素。方法:40例健康供者经单一粒细胞集落刺激因子动员后,经COM.TEC血细胞分离机采集外周血造血干细胞,分析不同健康供者的年龄、性别、分离前白细胞的数量、不同的动员方案对外周血造血干细胞采集的影响。结果:40例供者均成功采集:PBMNC(9.77±2.74)×108/kg、CD34+(5.07±6.5)×106/kg。分离前白细胞计数与PBMNC、CD34+呈正相关,年龄、性别、不同的动员方案未见统计学差异。结论:所有供者经合理动员后均可成功采集。
