厚煤层综放工作面巷道底鼓原因分析及控制技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 以彬长矿区大佛寺矿110工作面运输巷底鼓治理工程为技术背景,研究了巷道底鼓的发生机理,并针对引起底鼓的主要原因进行巷道支护设计研究,提出了"树根桩式锁脚钢管+泄压槽"底鼓综合治理方案,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对方案进行验证,进行了现场工业性试验。现场监测结果和治理效果表明,该方案不仅提高了巷道支护结构强度,也改善了巷道应力环境,底鼓治理效果良好,保证了煤矿的安全生产。 Base on a floor heave treatment project of the gateway in No. 110 coal mining face in Da Mine of Binchang Mining Area as a technical background, the floor heave occurred mechanism of the gateway was studied and the gateway support design was studied according to the main causes of the floor heave occurred. A comprehensive floor heave control plan with a tree root pile type leg binding steel tube + pressure releasing slot was provided. A FLAC numerical simulation software was applied to verify the plan and a site industrial trial was conducted. The site monitoring and measuring results and the control effect showed that the plan would not only improve the support structure strength of the gateway, but could improve the stress environment of the gateway.
