糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗 被引量：8

摘要 随着糖尿病发病率增高,糖尿病视网膜病变（diabetic retinopathy,DR）的发病率也日益增加,已成为发达国家致盲人数最多的眼病.既往糖尿病所引起的黄斑水肿（diabetic macular edema,DME）和增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变（proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR）主要通过眼底激光进行治疗.近年来,在药物治疗方面也有令人鼓舞的进展.本文着重对这些不同的治疗方案及其疗效比较进行综述.
