循环肿瘤细胞检测及其特性 被引量：10

摘要 肿瘤转移是导致肿瘤患者死亡的重要原因，现有影像学手段及传统肿瘤标志物不能辅助医生尽早发现肿瘤转移并判断预后。外周血循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cells，CTCs）存在于肺癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、结直肠癌、膀胱癌和卵巢癌等多种恶性肿瘤中，
