摘要 对碳纤维、芳纶纤维、碳化硅纤维和玻璃纤维等连续纤维增强的复合材料在民用航空发动机上的应用进行了概述,对连续纤维增强复合材料在风扇的转子叶片、出口导流叶片、机匣、风扇包容系统、帽罩前锥、消声板、反推装置、高压涡轮导向器和低压涡轮转子叶片等重要零件上的应用现状和发展趋势进行了归纳,指出了国内民用航空发动机应用连续纤维增强复合材料选材的发展方向。 The applications of continuous fiber reinforced composites including carbon fiber, aramid fiber, glass fiber and silicon carbide fibers in the civil aeroengines wereoverviewed. The application situation and future development of continuous fiber reinforced composites on fan rotor blades, outlet guide vanes, casing, containment system, nose cone spinners, muffler board, thrust reversers, high pressure turbine vanes and low pressure turbine blades were summarized. The development direction of continuous fiber reinforced composites is pointed out in the civil aeroengines.
