瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合治疗磺脲类继发性失效糖尿病的疗效分析被引量：8

Efficacy Analysis of Repaglinide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Sulfonylurea Secondary Failure Diabetes

摘要目的观察瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗磺脲类继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者的有效性。方法选取150例磺脲类继发性失效的2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各75例。治疗组改用瑞格列奈2mg,tid,联合二甲双胍0.5g,tid;对照组在原来应用磺脲类降糖药基础上加二甲双胍0.5g,tid,共12w,评价两组疗效有无差别。结果治疗组治疗后FBG、PG2h、HbA1c分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未出现严重副作用。结论瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍可有效控制磺脲类继发性失效的2型糖尿病的糖代谢紊乱。
