摘要
优先发展公共交通系统是解决城市交通问题的有效方法,而优先发展公共交通的关键之一则是合理引导私人交通发展,提高城市公共交通的出行分担率.文中以2009年济南市居民出行调查数据为支撑,从出行行为角度分析城市居民公交出行行为特征.基于非集计模型理论与方法建立公交选择行为模型,分析居民公共交通与私人交通出行方式选择行为的差异,探讨引导小汽车转向公共交通出行的规律.
Public transit priority development is an effective way to resolve urban traffic jam, the key one of that is to reasonably guide the private transport development, for improving urban public trans- port split rate. This paper based on the resident travel survey data of Jinan City in 2009, analyzed the public transit travel characteristics from the perspective of travel behavior. The paper established the public transit choice behavior model which using the theory of disaggregate model theories and meth- ods, studied the travel mode choice behavior differences between private transit and public transit, dis- cussed the rule when private transit transfer to public transit travel. The results can provide the basis for making public transit management policy.
