摘要
大学生就业难是我国面临的严峻问题之一,而政府缓解就业压力的应对措施成效并不显著,其原因在于缺乏对大学生就业群体现实需求的反馈和回应。回应性治理作为对公众的需求和问题的积极回应和反馈,提倡政府与公众的互动,可以为破解大学生就业难题提供新的路径选择。
The difficult employment of college students has become one of the most serious problems in China, but the countermeasures taken by the government have little impact. The reason is that there is lack of feedback and response of the practical demand of university students. Responsive governance, as a positive response and feedhack to the public needs and problems, advocates the interaction between government and the public and is a new way to deal with the difficulty of university graduates＇ employment.
