摘要
应用淡水沉积物中磷形态的标准测试程序(SMT),分析了太湖梅梁湾沉积物中磷形态的纵向分布特征.结果表明,河口处各层沉积物中的各磷形态含量均高于湖心及沿岸,说明外源输入仍是梅梁湾富营养化的重要原因;梅梁湾中总磷和各形态磷含量在垂直方向上随深度的增加而呈递减趋势,但不同位置处自然层中的磷含量变化较小,说明自然层中的磷含量可视为梅梁湾的背景值;各磷形态均在淤泥层或污染层含量最大,显示梅梁湾磷污染具有显著表层富集特性.
The amounts of phosphorus fractions in the core sediments of Meiliang Bay were examined by the SMT sequential method. Results indicated that the concentration of TP and phosphorus fractions was greater at estuary than other areas, which mean pollution in Meil- iang Bay was still exogenous. All the phosphorus fractions in the core sediments of Meiliang Bay showed a decreasing trend. However, the contents of TP and phosphorus fractions in ev- ery location at nature layer were closely, therefore, the contents of TP and phosphorus frac- tions could be regarded as background value.
