摘要 目的:探讨弹性成像在甲状腺结节术前诊断中的价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析手术病理证实的84例157个甲状腺结节,比较二维超声、弹性成像诊断的敏感性、特异性。结果:弹性超声恶性结节敏感性90.0%,特异性96.9%,诊断一致率95.5%。二维超声恶性结节敏感性58.6%,特异性78.3%,诊断一致率75.2%。弹性成像结合二维超声敏感性96.6%,特异性98.4%,诊断一致率98.1%。敏感性和特异性均高于单独采用二维超声或弹性成像。三者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:弹性成像结合二维超声有助于甲状腺结节术前良恶性区分。 Purpose: To explore the value of elastic imaging in the diagnosis of thyroid nodule. Materials and Methods: Retrospectively, 84 cases with 157 thyroid nodules which confirmed by surgical pathology were compared with two dimensional ultrasonic and elasticity imaging, focusing on the sensitivity and specificity. Results: The sensitivity of elastic uhrasonic for malignant nodules was 90. 0% , while specificity was 96. 9% , and the diagnostic agreement rate was 95.5%. The sensitivity of two dimensional ultrasonic for malignant nodules was 58. 6% , while specificity was 78.3% , and the diagnostic a- greement rate was 75.2%. The sensitivity of elasticity imaging combined with two-dimensional ultrasonic was 96. 6%, while the specificity was 98.4%, and the diagnostic agreement rate was 98. 1%. The sensitivity and specificity were higher than the sole use of two dimensional ultrasonic or elasticity imaging. All of them had statistical significance. Conclusion: It's helpful for the Elasticity imaging combined with two-dimensional ultrasound to the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
