摘要
为了分析纤维对橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能影响,选用橡胶沥青混合料AC-13C级配,对纤维改性橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性能、高温抗车辙性能、抗裂性能及去疲劳性能进行试验。试验结果表明,纤维含量的增多,使得混合料的空隙率增大,最佳油石比也不断提高;纤维存在着适宜的掺入范围,适量的纤维与橡胶相互作用能够显著提高橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能,但纤维掺量过多不利于橡胶沥青混合料路用性能的改善。
To analyze the effect of fiber on road performance of rubber asphalt mixture,selected rubber asphalt mixture AC-13C grading,conducted test on the water stability,high temperature rutting resistance,crack resistance and resistance to fatigue performance of fiber rubber modified asphalt mixture.The test results show that the with the increase of fiber content,the porosity of the mixture increases,best oilstone ratio is also rising;the fiber has a suitable mixed range,The interaction between right amount of fiber and rubber can significantly improve the road performance of rubber asphalt mixture,however,excessive fiber content is not conducive to the improvement of road performance of rubber asphalt mixture.
