摘要
目的 :探讨抗肿瘤药物对恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用流式细胞术对 82例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后免疫活性细胞进行监测。结果 :化疗前CD+3 、CD+4 、CD+8及NK细胞明显降低 ,B细胞明显增高 ;化疗后CD+3 、CD+4 显著增高 ,几乎达到正常对照组水平 ,而NK细胞进一步降低 ,B细胞则进一步增高。CD+4 /CD+8比值 ,化疗前与正常对照组无明显差异 ,化疗后则明显增高 ,并超出正常范围。结论 :恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态 ,体液免疫功能增强 ;抗肿瘤药物对机体免疫功能仅造成部分性损害 。
Purpose:In order to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumor.Methods: Immunological cell activity was assessed in eighty two cases with malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy by means of flow cytometry. Results:The results indicated that CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8 and natural killer cell (NK)acitivities obviously decreased and B cells in creased before chemotherapy. On the other hand,CD + 3,CD + 4 were distinctly increased, coming up almost to normal level after chemotherapy. NK, meanwhile,were further decreased, but B cells became nuch higher. The ratio of CD + 4/CD + 8 of tumor patients had no significant differences to normal controls before chemotherapy, and was clearly increased after chemotherapy,even exceding the normal range. Conclusions:We found that the cellular immune function in patients with malignant tumor was in inhibitory status and the humoral immunity was strengthened. Immune function was only partly damaged by antitumor medicine. Thus, it was suggested that we should mainly regulite cellular immunefunction during the period of clinical treatments.
