摘要
北京市于2010年试行卫生管理研究专业技术职务的任职资格评定和聘任工作。为此制定了《关于印发〈北京市卫生管理研究专业技术职务任职资格考试与评审暂行办法〉的通知》,阐明了适用范围、岗位级别设置、申报条件、评审标准、任职资格的取得方式、职务聘用以及报名、考试、答辩评审程序等。首先在直属22家三级医院试行卫生管理研究专业技术职务的任职资格评定和聘任工作,管理理论考试总体通过率为60.58%,申报高级职务还需通过答辩,最终共有149人取得任职资格。开展卫生管理研究专业技术职务的评聘工作得到了北京市广大卫生管理人员的好评。
The appraisal and employment of health personnel's administration established by Beijing local government in 2010 is implemented. Interim Procedures of Appraisal and Employment of Health Personnel's Administration is established. This implementation consists of application range, position setting, declaration range, appraisal standard, qualification acquisition, employment, and detailed requirements of sign-up, tests, etc. This trail implementation takes act in 22 top-grade hospitals, the pass rate of managerial theory test is 60.58%, and interview is required for senior level. As a result, 149 personnels pass the test in total. The trail implementation wins affirmative feedbacks from personnel and ex- perts on health administration.
