摘要
为能有效方便地进行微型汽车发动机悬置系统设计,基于能量解耦理论,以悬置结构刚度剪切比的可行性为指导,悬置刚度和安装角度作为变量,多种评价指标作为目标值,提出一种悬置系统优化设计方法。并通过实例,验证其可行性。结果表明,该方法有利于提高设计效率,并能得到良好的性能效果。
In order to design engine mount system effectually and conveniently, based on energy decoupling theory, Ihe feasibility of the engine mount stiffness ratio is considered, engine mount stiffness and installed angle are treated as independent variable, different evaluation is taken as target, a optimization method to design engine mount is presented. The method is proved feasible by a case. It is proved that the method can improve the design efficiency and get a good performance engine mount.
