摘要 因三元叶片为空间曲面,无法用普通方法测量,故尝试应用光笔测量仪测取闭式三元叶轮叶片及相关表面坐标点,应用PRO/E"逆向工程"等曲面功能,处理测取的坐标点,进行三元叶片"复制"设计,并通过几何分析验证了"复制"的叶片曲面曲率变化平稳,与原始数据基本吻合。该方法能够很好地满足三元叶轮叶片的测绘要求。 Since it is a space curved surface, the three dimensional blade cannot be measured in ordinary ways. The light pen measuring instruments are tried to measure the coordinate points of its blades and relevant surface. The advantage of the curved surface function of the PRO/E reverse engineering is applied to process the coordinate points and make "duplication" design for three dimensional blade. Further, through geometric analysis, the curvature variation of the "duplicated" blades is verified to be stable and approximately tally with the primal data. Therefore, it is a quotable method because it can fully satisfy the measurement requirements of the three dimensional blades.
