摘要
对我国重症监护病房(ICU)护理人力资源配置及管理的现状、评估方法和新形势下的变革进行综述,以期为建立适合我国国情的ICU护理人力资源配置及管理模式提供研究方向和参考依据。
To summarize domestic status of nursing human resources distribution and management in ICU, changes in assessment methods and the reform under new situation. It can provide' the direction for research and the basis for establishing suitable model of ICU nursing staffing distribution and management.
