摘要
目的:探讨中国病人对"照护关系"的感受及体验。方法:以现象学和第二分析法研究和分析中国南部某省会城市的2家医院与1家私人诊所的5个疗区内9个病人的访问。结果:照护关系是病人在失衡的状态下建立的互动性人际关系,因此照护关系的和谐性对病人的康复有重大的意义。结论:照护和谐性需要双方的维持,是相向性的。随着中国的经济形态改变,病人对照顾者提出了更高的要求,给照护关系和谐性的维持带来了新的冲击。
Objective: To describe caring relationships as experienced by Chinese patients.Methods:In this phenomenological study, nine patients from five different medical and care units in two hospitals and one private clinic in Southern China were interviewed. The paper contains a secondary analysis of these interviews with a focus on caring relationships. Results: The results showed that an interactive caring relationship was initiated when patient was in a state of imbalance. Therefore, the harmony of a caring relationship is a key factor in the patient's recovery. Conclusion: The harmony is two dimensional and requires participation of both parties. With the rapid growth of the Chinese economy, the requirement for a caregiver has increased dramatically. This will create a new challenge to the maintenance of the harmony in a caring relationship.
