摘要
随着建设工程领域对工程项目管理的需求日益增加,许多工程项目出现了"工程项目管理+工程监理"的模式。然而问题也随之而来:项目管理和监理在施工阶段的管理上有重叠和交叉的部分,导致建设方难以划分和区别两者的工作内容和职责。据此,对两者之间的差异进行分析,并结合作者的工程项目经历,编制工作界面划分表,希望为今后的工程项目管理提供借鉴。
With the increasing demand of construction project management inthe constrution field, a new modecalled "engineering project management & project supervision" is appearing in many construction project. However, il brings new problems that there are many overlapping sections of its daily work, which makes the, owner difficuhlo i(tentify their own responsibilily of constrtrction project management and construetion supervision. So, this paper analyzes the differem.e hetween them, combined with practical experience of constructlion+ and a tahle dividing theirworkspace, is worked out to provide some suggestions for construction managenlent in the future.
