成就目标定向、自我调节与成就结果的关系研究述评 被引量:1

摘要 大量研究表明,成就目标定向与自我调节、成就结果密切相关,不同的目标定向对应着不同的自我调节策略和模式,自我调节在成就目标定向与成就结果之间起着重要的中介作用。成就目标定向、自我调节与成就结果的关系研究带给我们如下启示:培养学生确立有利于自我发展的目标定向,通过提高学生的自我调节能力,促进学生获得积极的成就结果。
