摘要
目的观察皮肤针叩刺加拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）的临床疗效。方法将2009年1月至2011年5月山东省章丘市中医院康复科、皮肤科门诊及病房的100例PHN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。治疗组施以皮肤针叩刺加拔罐治疗；对照组采用口服普瑞巴林胶囊、甲钴胺胶囊，局部外涂辣椒碱软膏治疗。PHN疗效评定标准，痊愈为疼痛完全消失，伴随症状、体征消失或基本消失；显效为疼痛明显减轻，偶有轻微疼痛；有效为时有疼痛；无效为疼痛无明显减轻。采用统计软件SPSS15．ox4两组疗效比较行X：检验，取P〈0．05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗组治愈率64％（32／50），总有效率96％（48／50），对照组治愈率42％（21／50），总有效率88％（44／50）。两组治愈率差异具有统计学意义（χ2=4．875，P〈0．05）。总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0．800，乃0．05）结论皮肤针叩刺加拔罐治疗PHN疗效显著，有推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the cutaneous needle plus cupping on postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods A total of 100 patients from Zhangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with PHN were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group, 50 patients in each group from January 2009 to May 2011.The therapeutic group was treated with the cutaneous needle plus cupping, and the control group with pregabalin capsules and mecobalamin capsules, capsaicin ointment on partial outside spreads. The clinical data were analyzed through the X 2 test by the computer software SPSS 15.0 to compare the effectiveness difference between therapeutic group and control group, taking P〈0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Criteria for evaluating the effect on PHN, cured： pain disappear completely, with accompanied symptoms and signs subsided or much improved,significantly effective： relieve pain obviously or with slight pain,effective： pain from time to tome, inefficient： no improvement on postherpetic neuralgia. Results The cure rate of therapeutic group was 64%（32/50）, control group is 42%（21/50）; the total effective rate of therapeutic group is 96%（48/50）, control group is 88%（44/50）, and the difference with statistical significance （χ2=4.875, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cutaneous needle plus cupping has a significant effect on PHN, so it is worthy to be popularized.
