摘要 以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,考察了温度、时间及DCP用量对交联低密度聚乙烯(XLDPE)结构和性能的影响,建立了结构与性能的关系。研究表明,交联度与交联密度随着DCP用量的增加而增大;当DCP用量超过2.0%,且交联温度和时间分别大于160℃和15 min时,XLDPE的交联度达到最大值;当温度高于450℃时,XLDPE热稳定性较LDPE好,且XLDPE的结晶度、结晶温度及熔融温度随着交联度的增加而下降;XLDPE具有剪切变稠特性,其剪切黏度随着剪切速率和交联度的增加而增大。 With dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as the cross-linking agent, the effects of the temperature, the time and the concentration of DCP on the structures and properties of cross-linked low-density polyethylene (XLDPE) were studied. The relationship between the structures and properties of XLDPE was established. The results indicated that the cross-linking degree and cross-linking density increased with the increase of DCP; and the crosslinking degree of XLDPE reached at its maximum limit beyond 15 min, 160 ℃ and a DCP content of 2.0 wt%. The thermostahility of low-density polyethylene was better than that of LDPE above the temperature of 450 ℃ after cross-linked; it was also concluded that the crystallization degree, the crystallization and melting temperature of the XLDPE decreased with the increase of cross-linking degree. It was found that XLDPE showed a shear thickening character, and its shear viscosity increased with the increase of shear rate and the cross-linking degree.
