摘要
行政审判方式是为实现行政审判目的而设置的诉、辩、审三方相互制约或制衡的一种动态的职能化的机制。其根本的特征就在于强职权主义、重审查主义和浓象征主义三个方面。
The Administrative trial method is a motive and functional mechanism of the restrictive balance between the trial,prosecute and defending parties in order to fulfill the purpose of administrative trial. The basic characteristics lie in three aspects: the emphasis of the functionalism, heavy doctrine of inspecting and intensive symbolism.
