摘要
采用顶空—气质联用法测定檀香紫檀中可挥发性成份,通过对比其挥发性特征物质的种类及相对含量,检测了4种拟檀香紫檀样品,并作定性分析研究。研究结果表明:檀香紫檀可挥发性成份较多,顶空进样器平衡温度是影响挥赞f生成份检出种类及含量的主要因素之一,在平衡时间一致时,挥发性物质检出种类及含量随平衡温度增高而增加;檀香紫檀可挥发陛成份主要集中在150~200℃时出峰,在柱箱温度较低时出峰较少、含量较低,当温度上升到200以上时出峰量锐减。不同材种间存在部份相同的可挥发性成份,但其特征陛戎份含量差异较大。
Volatile compounds of Pterocarpus santalirrus wood were determined by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and qualitative analysis for identification of the wood. Samples were detected and their volatile compounds were compared with characteristics types and contents. Results showed that there are some same volatile compounds from different wood, but their characteristic contents had great difference.
