摘要
[目的]探讨复合微生态制剂在产蛋鸡饲养中的应用效果。[方法]以30周龄海兰褐蛋鸡为研究对象,设置对照组(基础日粮)、试验1组(基础日粮+0.10%微生态制剂)、试验2组(基础日粮+0.25%微生态制剂)和试验3组(基础日粮+0.50%微生态制剂)4个处理,饲养试验期为42 d,考察复合微生态制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响。[结果]使用复合微生态制剂可提高蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均蛋重,降低不合格蛋率和料蛋比;同时可降低鸡蛋的蛋白比率,提高蛋黄比例,并可改善蛋壳厚度和蛋形指数,对鸡蛋的哈氏单位和蛋黄颜色也表现出良好的改善效果。[结论]使用复合微生态制剂可改善产蛋鸡的生产性能,提高蛋品质,其中0.25%的添加比例对产蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的改善效果最佳。
[Objective] The aim was to explore the application effect of compound probiotics in the breeding of laying hen.[Method] 30-week-old Hyline brown hens were averagely divided into four groups and respectively fed with basal diet(control group),basal diet + 0.10% probiotics(test group 1),basal diet +0.25% probiotics(test group 2) and basal diet + 0.50% probiotics(test group 3) for 42 days.Effects of compound microbial ecological agents on production performance and egg quality of laying hens were studied.[Result] The composite probiotics could improve the laying rate of hens and the average weight of egg,and reduce the unqualified rate of egg and the feed to egg ratio;meanwhile the compound probiotics could decrease the egg protein ratio and increase the egg yolk proportion,and improve the eggshell thickness,egg-shaped index,Haugh unit and yolk color of eggs.[Conclusion] The composite probiotics could improve the production performance of laying hens and egg quality,among them 0.25% probiotics had the best effects.
